Most people use hanging shower caddies or baskets to store shower accessories and products. Unfortunately, such storage solutions do not typically offer enough space and can clutter a shower stall, making it appear sloppy and disorganized. Additionally, many people enjoy a nice relaxing shower in which they can sit while shampooing their hair or enjoy the warm water. Portable shower seats, however, can take up too much space and can detract from the shower’s overall appearance.
Recessed Storage Compartment offers storage within a shower without sacrificing additional space and provides a place to relax as people shower. Built directly into a shower, the innovative shower bench drawer comprises a shower bench and divided storage drawer, offering a custom look, functionality, and an elegant spa look and feel. Marble, stone, porcelain, mosaic, or ceramic tiles can be applied to the shower bench drawer to create a designer look in the shower that compliments the entire bathroom. Matching or coordinating tiles may even be used on the shower bench; different faces, such as stainless steel, copper, or brass, can transform the bench into a contrasting statement piece. The drawer within the bench can be made from many different materials, including fiberglass, acrylic, plastic, or other suitable materials, and can have a pull handle on the front. The drawer can offer more space than traditional caddies and baskets and can keep shower accessories and products enclosed, providing a clutter-free shower, and enhanced privacy.
