What is a patent referral?
When the time comes to file for a full utility patent application, our
recommendation is for your application to be filed by a professional,
registered patent attorney and/or agent. As a result, we work with experienced
registered patent attorneys and agents whom we can refer you to for patent
application preparation and/or legal consultations.
How much does a referral cost?
The referral is free. The cost for the patent services would
be charged and determined by the individual patent attorney and/or agent.
